Check out the Neighborhood Business profiles to acquaint yourself with what is becoming one of the most cultural rich and vibrant neighborhoods in the country. If you’r visiting Capitol Hill for the first time, or the 1000th time, explore all of what it has to offer, and use this list to plan your weekend experience. Ballet

Ballet Vietnamese Restaurant serves fresh authentic Vietnamese dishes daily. Ballet is Capitol Hill’s humble champ of routinely tasty Asian food, served by extremely nice people. Come enjoy a relaxed dining experience.


Big Mario’s New York Style Pizza

In the winter of 1964, Mario Vellotti emigrated from Naples, Italy to live and work on Mulberry Street in New York City. Mario joined his brother and uncle in the family business, opening their world-famous pizzerias in all five Burroughs. Big Mario is in Seattle now…enjoy!


Bimbo’s Cantina

Bimbos Cantina (formerly known as Bimbo’s Bitchin’ Burrito Kitchen) rolled its first burrito in 1995. Open from noon until 2AM everyday. The kitchen serves food from noon until midnight.


Boom Noodle

At boom, we offer fresh ingredients, and recipes that are authentically Japanese or inspired by trends that we have noticed during our travels and dining in Tokyo. From hot soup and noodles, to items prepared on the wok, to chilled noodle dishes, to a variety of small plates, we hope we have created a healthy range of options for everyone.


Caffe Vita

We’ve been roasting coffee in Seattle since 1995. Locally owned and artisanally roasted, we now operate nine cafes in the Pacific Northwest, a roasteria cafe in New York City, and will soon expand to Los Angeles.


Cupcake Royale

Cupcake Royale was founded in 2003 as Seattle’s first cupcake bakery and café.  The best part of is that our cupcakes are paired with delicious artisan espresso under the house brand of Verite Coffee.

Rancho Bravo

Oh my goodness! The food here is so good! It’s authentic (in a street food sort of way), delicious, and cheap! The last time I was there, I had two chicken tacos and a fountain drink, and spent just over five dollars. -Yelp Reviewer


Sam’s Tavern

A new addition to the Capitol Hill neighborhood, Sam’s Tavern offered up top notch specialty gourmet burgers, endless fries using locally sourced ingredients, from scratch recipes, and locally sourced fresh buns.


The Tin Table

The Tin Table is hidden away in the Odd Fellow’s Building on the 2nd floor across from Century Ballroom. Serving a full menu until 1am, with early and late Happy Hours Sun-Thur. Whether you’re in the mood for a glass of Champagne and a cheese plate, or steak frites and a classic cocktail, you can find it there. No dancing required.


Unicorn

For months before the Unicorn opened, locals watched as the ornate back bar and antique taxidermy took place, turning the new business into one of Seattle’s most uniquely loved drinkeries.


Via Tribunali

Via Tribunali has been called “more authentic than the pizzerias of Naples,” and even though that is a flattering exaggeration, it is fair to say that our pizzerias have grown out of an almost unnatural passion for the food and wine of Southern Italy.

Havana Social

Annex Theater

Annex Theatre is a democratic collective of theatre artists dedicated to creating bold new work in an environment of improbability, resourcefulness, and risk.


BARBOZA

Capitol Hill’s newest night club. Located right under Neumos, BARBOZA brings a more intimate setting, with a capacity of 200.


Century Ballroom

Century has been a mainstay on Capitol Hill for over 15 years. If you’ve never been inside, it’s worth stopping by. There are dances seven nights a week in multiple spaces; Salsa, Swing, West Coast Swing, Waltz, Argentine Tango, and lessons nightly. Don’t be afraid…


Neumos

We pride ourselves on artist and customer satisfaction alike. We are involved in local community organization, annually hosting benefit concerts  for organizations like the Vera Project, KEXP & Amnesty International.


Vermillion
